Sahibnoor Singh Sidhu is an art and cultural heritage lawyer working at the intersection of creative practice, market commerce, and heritage policy and his practice is associated with RFKN Legal- a transnational collective of chamber practices. He advises a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from visual artists, singers, and emerging creators to major cultural initiatives, high-net-worth individual collectors, private foundations, galleries, and museums.

His practice handles critical transactional and regulatory matters across the cultural landscape. Among his prominent engagements, Sahibnoor has represented the Sa Ladakh Biennale, advising on complex contractual frameworks, public art arrangements, and institutional operations. Whether negotiating gallery agreements, managing international import-export customs, protecting intellectual property rights, or structuring private art trusts, his focus remains on practical, high-value outcomes.

Beyond private practice, Sahibnoor is a Director at the Council for Art and Law Initiatives (CALI), a non-profit organization dedicated to art law and policy reform. Through CALI, he works to strengthen legal protections for Indian cultural artifacts and monuments while actively advocating to liberalize and streamline the commerce of contemporary art.

Sahibnoor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Jindal Global Law School and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto. He has also held teaching positions at leading institutions, including Jindal Global Law School, the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, and the Central University of Kashmir, Srinagar.
